We offer self-pay telemedicine and in person primary care services for adults in Puerto Rico and Florida. Our services include evaluation of non-emergent acute symptoms, annual routine check-ups, follow up visits for chronic diseases, review of lab, imaging and screening test results, medication refills and referral if necessary - all from the comfort of your home. We provide in person evaluation, for physical exam, management of medical conditions and other services in our medical office in Tampa, Florida.
